Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Travel & Hotel Sales Location: Okhla Phase 2 Experience Required: 4–8 years (preferably in corporate travel, hotel banquet sales, or MICE) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B and corporate sales in the luxury travel and hospitality segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling corporate clients , hotel sales (banquets or rooms) , or travel accounts , with proven skills in lead generation, relationship building, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Sales & Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new corporate clients for travel bookings, hotel stays, and event management. Build long-term business relationships with HR, Admin, and Travel Heads in corporates, MNCs, and agencies. Create customized proposals and pricing models for conferences, retreats, banquets, and luxury travel programs. 2. Hotel & Banquet Sales (if from hotel background): Promote banquet spaces, room blocks, and corporate stay packages to companies and event planners. Handle end-to-end coordination with clients for event execution and hospitality requirements. 3. Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts with regular follow-ups, client servicing, and upselling. Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business from existing corporate accounts. 4. Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing while ensuring profitability. Work closely with operations and vendor teams to execute contracts smoothly. 5. Market Research & Sales Strategy: Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in corporate travel and hospitality. Develop strategies to expand outreach and improve market share in the corporate segment. 6. Sales Reporting & Targets: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future revenue. Submit regular reports on leads, conversion ratios, collections, and monthly targets. Key Skills Required: Strong network of corporate clients or experience in B2B sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in hotel or banquet sales (preferred) Negotiation and relationship-building skills Target-driven and strategic mindset Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Excel Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field Prior experience in hotel banquet sales, corporate travel sales, or luxury travel agency Knowledge of MICE sales is an added advantage
