Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between business and technology stakeholders.
This role will play a critical part during the Inception phase of projects, assisting with planning, requirements management, governance, risk tracking, and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Program Leads in planning and executing Guidewire PolicyCenter initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, QA, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in project estimation, resource planning, and release scheduling.
- Prepare project governance reports, steering committee presentations, and management dashboards.
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project risks.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate UAT activities, defect tracking, and deployment readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, or Junior Project Management roles.
- Experience working on Insurance or Guidewire implementation projects.
- Understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter and Policy Administration processes.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation programs.
- Exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and client stakeholders.
