Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between business and technology stakeholders.

This role will play a critical part during the Inception phase of projects, assisting with planning, requirements management, governance, risk tracking, and project reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and Program Leads in planning and executing Guidewire PolicyCenter initiatives.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, technology, QA, and vendor teams.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in project estimation, resource planning, and release scheduling.
  • Prepare project governance reports, steering committee presentations, and management dashboards.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project risks.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, defect tracking, and deployment readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, or Junior Project Management roles.
  • Experience working on Insurance or Guidewire implementation projects.
  • Understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter and Policy Administration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation programs.
  • Exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and client stakeholders.
