Workday HCM Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows.

• Support organisational structure management, staffing models, and worker lifecycle processes.

• Design and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Gather and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.

• Support testing, release management, and production deployments.

• Ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are met.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workday HCM Certification

• Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration

• Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields expertise

• Knowledge of HR business processes and workforce analytics

• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
