Lead and build a high-performing offshore fund accounting team (initially 6 - 7 accountants, with plans to scale further).
Oversee data migration from clients' previous fund admin systems and financials into Hanover Park's platform.
Process, reformat, and validate historical data, ensuring it can be interpreted correctly by our system.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our US-based operations, fund accounting and engineering teams to refine and improve the data migration workflow.
Establish quality control processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across clients.
Mentor and train team members on Hanover Park's technology stack, accounting workflows, and fund administration best practices.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability.
