IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering complex IT infrastructure initiatives that support the bank's technology environment. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects related to Network, Data centers upgrades, cloud migration, IT security projects, and hardware/software deployments. The role ensures projects meet business requirements, comply with regulatory standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate to set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.
• Implement the Standard Project Management Framework on the Projects/Programs.
• Follow the Project Management standard templates while working on the Projects/Programs.
• Prepare governance meetings and cross-functional committees of the projects/Program and participating in report writing committees.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings required for the development of work.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure the deliverables are concluded within the stipulated timelines through proper execution, governance and monitoring.
• Facilitate the operation of the project through the implementation of tools and collaborative working methods, such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Manage small, medium, large projects or small streams of large programs with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases.
• Monitor and consolidate the progress of deliverables in conjunction with stream managers.
• Proactively highlight risks / Issues and alert points related to deadlines, quality of deliverables and budget.
• Follow the Company Policy and regulatory needs in the Project Lifecycle.
• Identify, develop and implement the required project deliverables within the defined timelines and budget.
