Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and API development.
• Proven experience with Azure data engineering tools and services.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Management & Leadership

• 15 years of experience in IT, with 3 years in a leadership/manager role.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and parallel projects.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
