Hiring: Instructional Designer | Bangalore | 8-12 Years Experience

We are hiring an Instructional Designer for a leading organization in the digital learning and higher education space.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-12 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences.
\n
• Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
\n
• Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
\n
• Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
\n
• Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
\n
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
\n
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and content development skills.
\n
• Experience working with faculty, trainers, or SMEs is an advantage.
\n
