Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across hospital and campus facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service issues related to cooling and heating systems.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently, maintaining proper temperature and air quality for hospital standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC units and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts.
• Work collaboratively with the facility management and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferably in healthcare or institutional settings).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance needs.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and a service-first mindset.
