  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Consultant - Level L2 with minimum 24 months of experience to join our
  • Identity Management team, focusing on Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), hybrid identity operations and directory
  • security support. The ideal candidate will support AD administration, incident resolution, change execution, compliance
  • activities and continuous improvement of enterprise identity services.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in identity management, infrastructure operations or Active Directory administration.
  • Strong understanding of AD DS concepts including directory objects, schema, global catalog, sites and services, FSMO roles, replicationand trusts.
  • Hands-on experience with ADUC, GPMC, DNS Manager, Event Viewer, ADSI Edit, Repadmin, Dcdiag and PowerShell for administration andtroubleshooting.
  • Experience with Group Policy creation, update, troubleshooting and controlled change deployment.
  • Good understanding of Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, DNS, authentication flows, password policies and account security controls.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, patching coordination, domain controller health checks, backup/restore concepts and disaster recoverysupport.
  • Understanding of hybrid identity integration with Entra ID, Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Good documentation, presentation and reporting skills for operational runbooks, SOPs, controls and client updates.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, domain controllers, forests, domains, OUs, trusts, DNS, DHCP andGroup Policy.
  • Perform user, group, computer and service account administration in line with defined access and security procedures.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, account lockout and GPO-related issues using standard operational tools.
  • Support privileged access, access request fulfilment, periodic access review and audit evidence collection.
  • Collaborate with Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on onboarding, incidents, changes and serviceimprovement activities.
  • Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel and communicate technical information clearly to non-technicalstakeholders.
  • Be willing to work in rotational shifts supporting client environments and deliver timely, high-quality work diligently.
  • Identify issues, risks and opportunities, and communicate them to the appropriate senior team member.
