QE Playwright + Appium

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Appium.
• Automate web, mobile, and cross-browser testing.
• Develop and enhance reusable test automation frameworks.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test automation.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
• Ensure high test coverage and continuous quality improvements.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Appium.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
• Experience in web and mobile automation testing.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Selenium or Cypress.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
