• Lead the delivery of GCP-based solutions, including infrastructure setup, application migration, and modernization.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with S/4HANA landscapes.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Drive technical delivery, ensuring adherence to GCP best practices, security, and compliance standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Ensure quality assurance and readiness for key milestones such as go-live, cutover, and hypercare.

Mandatory skills*

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with at least 5 years in cloud transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, data flows, and integration points.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Power BI, etc.

Desired skills*

• GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer).
• Exposure to SAP on Cloud deployments or hybrid cloud models.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or BFSI is a plus.
