Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs across digital and print platforms. You'll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand through stunning visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
\n
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
\n
• Prepare final designs for internal and external use, ensuring high-quality print and digital production.
\n
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
\n
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
\n
• Design of PowerPoint decks.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
\n
• 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
\n
• Experience in B2B Sales, B2B Marketing
\n
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
\n
• Very strong proficiency in PowerPoint designs
\n
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
\n
• Experience with video editing tools (like After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for web and mobile.
\n
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
\n
• Animation or motion graphic experience.
