Media Head (Kannada / Hindi / Telugu)

About the Role

We are hiring Media Heads to lead our Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu content teams and build a powerful digital presence in their respective markets. The ideal candidate understands content storytelling, audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu content production team.

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms.

• Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality.

• Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and generate leads.

• Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment.
\n
• Experience managing a content or media team.
\n
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.
\n
• Fluency in any one of the language Kannada, Hindi or Telugu and English, depending on the role
\n
• Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly.
