Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

- Track and monitor pharmaceutical tender opportunities across assigned countries and regions. \n
- Maintain tender databases and ensure timely updates. \n
- Support tender evaluations by gathering and analyzing relevant commercial information. \n
- Perform financial and profitability analysis for tender opportunities. \n
- Assist in pricing reviews and commercial assessments. \n
- Generate reports and business insights to support tender decisions. \n
- Liaise with supply chain teams to assess product availability and operational feasibility. \n
- Support demand forecasting and tender volume planning activities. \n
- Monitor potential supply risks related to tender participation. \n
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of tender information. \n
- Develop periodic reports, dashboards, and management summaries. \n
- Collaborate with country teams, commercial stakeholders, and regional functions. \n
- Gather tender-related information and consolidate data for management review. \n
- Support process improvements and standardisation initiatives. \n
Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience:

- Lead the end-to-end tender intelligence and analytics function for pharmaceutical markets by providing forward-looking visibility of tender opportunities, commercial evaluation, financial analysis, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination with regional teams and supply chain stakeholders \n
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. \n
- MBA or equivalent qualified with a strong academic profile. \n
- Minimum 15 - 18 years' post qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry) \n
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues \n
- Capable of working on own initiative \n
- Strong administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management. \n
- Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and manage expectations with confidence. \n
- Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision making within tight time constraints \n
- Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment. \n
