Technical Delivery Head

Role Overview:

Lead the successful delivery of software development, AI, cloud, and enterprise application projects across multiple clients and industries. Responsible for delivery governance, client satisfaction, resource planning, project profitability, and technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery portfolio of multiple projects and clients.
\n
• Ensure timely and quality project execution.
\n
• Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
\n
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads on technical decisions.
\n
• Manage resource allocation and utilization.
\n
• Own project financials, forecasting, and delivery KPIs.
\n
• Lead client reviews and executive-level discussions.
\n
• Establish and improve delivery processes and best practices.
\n

Required Experience:

\n
• 10+ years in software development and project delivery.
\n
• Technical background in software engineering or architecture.
\n
• Experience delivering Web, Mobile, Cloud, ERP, and AI solutions.
\n
• Proven experience managing multi-project delivery portfolios.
\n
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
\n
• Experience working directly with international clients.
\n

Preferred:

\n
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
\n
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
\n
• Experience leading distributed teams of 40+ engineers.
