Mirketa Inc is seeking an experienced and highly respected Senior Director – Salesforce Engineering to lead and scale our Salesforce technical organization. This role is responsible for technical delivery, architecture governance, talent development, and client-facing technical leadership across a portfolio of Salesforce consulting engagements.

\n

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise, proven people leadership experience, and the ability to operate confidently in complex client and executive environments.

Responsibilities

\n

Technical Leadership & Architecture

\n
    \n
  • Provide overall technical leadership for a 40–60 member Salesforce technical team across multiple concurrent projects.
  • \n
  • Actively participate in client technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews.
  • \n
  • Create, review, and approve technical architecture documents, solution designs, and integration strategies.
  • \n
  • Lead an Architecture Governance Forum to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices across a portfolio of projects.
  • \n
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges, including hands-on troubleshooting and code-level guidance when required.
  • \n
  • Define, implement, and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles.
  • \n

Delivery & Governance

    \n
  • Provide technical governance across multiple Salesforce programs to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
  • \n
  • Partner with Delivery, PMO, and Client Leadership teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • \n
  • Support RFP and proposal responses, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and technical narratives.
  • \n
  • Will take on billable responsibilities on Client projects.
  • \n

People Management & Talent Development

  • Directly manage and mentor senior architects, technical leads, and engineering managers.
  • \n
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and development of Salesforce technical talent.
  • \n
  • Build and execute career paths, coaching plans, and succession strategies for technical team members.
  • \n
  • Drive performance management, skill development, Salesforce certifications, and technical excellence initiatives.
  • \n

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to US-based clients, requiring participation in evening or night calls/meetings.
  • \n
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Executive Leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • 15+ years of overall industry experience, primarily with mid-sized consulting organizations, with some exposure to large consulting environments.
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing teams of 25+ people; experience managing 40–60 people is strongly preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Agentic Development and Platform architecture.
  • \n
  • Salesforce Architect Certification (Application Architect, System Architect, or higher) – mandatory.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • \n
  • Experience working with US-based clients and distributed/global delivery teams.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n

Location & Work Expectations

\n

· Candidate must reside in the NCR region and be able to commute to the Noida office 4 days per week.

\n

· Will support US time zones, including evening or night calls as required by client engagements.

\n
