Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer (Land Development)

The Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
\n
• Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
\n
• Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
\n
• Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
\n
• Prepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S. local agency requirements
\n
• Research standards/codes and respond to agency review comments
\n
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Education in United States strongly preferred.
\n
• 1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience
\n
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenRoads
\n
• Strong English communication (verbal & written)
\n
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
\n
• Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
