About the Role:-

We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Video Producer to manage the end-to-end content production for our Accelerator Program.

This is an complete production cycle that transforms live learning and practical AI-building sessions into high-quality long-form, short-form, social, email, and enterprise-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Own the end-to-end weekly video production workflow, from pre-production and multi-source capture to editing and final delivery.
\n
• Coordinate and capture Monday learning sessions and Thursday live-build sessions.
\n
• Produce one 20–35 minute flagship YouTube episode every week, combining both sessions into a compelling narrative.
\n
• Create 4–6 vertical short-form clips and a LinkedIn clip set every week.
\n
• Support production of one social media carousel and one weekly email/article.
\n
• Create an enterprise-safe content cut for each weekly production.
\n
• Complete priority content repurposing within 24 hours of each Thursday session.
\n
• Conduct a public-safety review to ensure no PII, secrets, confidential employer/client information, or sensitive student code is exposed.
\n
• Add appropriate metadata tags to every clip and maintain an organized digital content library.
\n
• Manage multi-source capture and production across eight production scenes.
\n
• Follow evergreen-content and live-overlay production practices to maximize content reuse.
\n
• Every three weeks, support the creation of a 90-minute to 4-hour intensive course using the strongest weekly content.
\n
• Collaborate closely with instructors, content teams, social media teams, and stakeholders to maintain quality and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 3+ years of experience in video production, content production, digital media, or a related field.
\n
• Strong experience in long-form and short-form video editing and production.
\n
• Hands-on experience with YouTube and social media content.
\n
• Strong storytelling, editing, and visual communication skills.
\n
• Experience with multi-source video/audio capture and screen recording.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight turnaround timelines.
\n
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content production environment.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience producing technology, AI, coding, SaaS, educational, or professional-development content.
\n
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted content production.
\n
• Experience with live coding or screen-recording workflows.
\n
• Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, OBS Studio, or equivalent platforms.
\n
• Experience with AI-powered video editing, transcription, captioning, and content repurposing tools.
\n
• Experience creating enterprise-safe content.
