Key Responsibilities:

%CF; Preparation of monthly divisional financials for entities.

%CF; Monthly books closure and reconciliation of MIS with the books

%CF; Strong in preparation of monthly MIS and review of the monthly divisional income

statement.

%CF; Analyzing and tracking of ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, LTV to CAC, and various SAAS KPIs for the

entities.

%CF; Reconciliation of variance with the projections and identifying the reason for the same.

%CF; Analysis of historical financial statements and review of key business trends.

%CF; Identifying key business drivers/ performance indicators and issues having an impact on

EBITDA, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and business valuation.

%CF; Performing financial due diligence procedures on Target and Identifying issues that may

be of relevance for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction.

%CF; Gathering, verifying, analyzing information, and formulating views and conclusions, and

driving this process.

%CF; Participating in the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations to the

board, and discussions with the Target.

%CF; Regular liaison with the target, diligence team, and various internal teams for execution of

the deal.

%CF; Streamlining various financial processes (revenues, expenses, payments, etc.) of

prospective acquisition entities and integrating them into the processes of the holding

entity.

%CF; Monitoring the performance post-acquisition

Requirements & Skills:

%CF; Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA

or CPA preferred.

%CF; 3+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track

record of success in a leadership capacity.

%CF; Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in

financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

%CF; Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data

and trends.

%CF; Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial management systems;

experience with ERP systems is a plus.

%CF; Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and drive results.
