Role OverviewAs an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the Enterprise AI unit, you will be responsible for leading solution design, evangelization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, stakeholder management, and technical leadership to accelerate adoption of enterprise-grade AI solutions across global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Orchestration: Lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end AI solutions using Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and AI avatars integrated into enterprise workflows.Solution Evangelization: Champion EXL's Enterprise AI capabilities internally and externally through thought leadership, solution showcases, client workshops, and industry forums.Stakeholder Management: Partner with CxOs, business leaders, and technology teams to align AI strategy with business outcomes and ensure smooth adoption.Solution Design & Architecture: Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud-native frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring compliance, security, and performance standards.Business Case Development: Define investment cases, ROI models, and benefit realization frameworks for AI solutions, demonstrating tangible business impact.Innovation & Adoption: Drive experimentation, pilots, and scaled deployments of AI applications across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Retail.Technical Implementation Oversight: Provide direction on integrating advanced AI models, avatars, conversational AI, and autonomous agents into enterprise systems.Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional AI teams, including solution architects, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and delivery excellence.Key Skills & CompetenciesProven expertise in AI solution orchestration with LLMs, Agentic AI, digital avatars, and cloud-native platforms.Strong solution evangelization experience with ability to influence stakeholders and articulate AI value propositions.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).Experience in solution design, investment case building, and benefit realization models.Ability to translate complex AI technologies into impactful business solutions.Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders.Thought leadership in AI/GenAI adoption, AI ethics, and responsible AI practices.EXL is the indispensable partner for leading businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and logistics.
