Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java services deployed on AWS ECS . • Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. • Monitor and troubleshoot ECS services, containers, and underlying infrastructure. • Collaborate with developers to containerize Java applications using Docker and deploy them to ECS. • Manage AWS resources including IAM, VPC, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API gateway, VPC endpoint & service and S3 etc. • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools. • Ensure security best practices across AWS environments and containerized applications. • Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Skills Requirements • 4-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking. • Experience with Java application deployment and lifecycle management. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub/Gilab CI or AWS CodePipeline. • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools eg Grafana etc. • Good scripting skills ( Python). • Experience handling vulnerabilities and fixes. • Experience in managing value chain and understanding integration technologies eg Kafka, MQ, SOAP & Rest APIs. | |
