| 1. Champion on the adoption of the Scrum values and framework |
| 2. Proven enabler on continuous improvement of the team/s and product's agility. |
| 3. Problem solving/analytical mind-set and encourage/coach the teams to take ownership to become self-organising. |
| 4. Must have deep understanding of the Scrum framework, are familiar with the latest opinions on Scrum, as well as the new and evolving practices and techniques that are applicable. |
| 5. Strong experience of Stakeholder Management |
| 6. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within Technology Services and with the Business. |
