• ITIL Service Management
• Implementation of core ServiceNow modules:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Catalog
  • Reporting
  • Configuration Management

Essential & Desirable Skills (Identical in This Case)
Technical Skills

• ServiceNow Administration & Production Support
• Web programming: JavaScript, HTML
• Expertise in:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
  • Workflows (especially Service Catalog workflows using Workflow Editor)
  • SLA design and implementation with email notifications
  • Email Notifications
• Configuring:
  • Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps
  • Database Views for variable-based reporting
  • Access Control Rules for data security
• User, group, role definition and access management

Process Knowledge

• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and ITIL processes
• Agile methodologies using:
  • Visual Task Boards
  • Stories and Scrum sessions
• Full development lifecycle:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Design
  • Peer Code Reviews
  • Unit Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Soft/Project Skills

• Proven project management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles
