Main Missions

Support operational teams by analyzing different situations and performing risk analysis linked to operational risk dispositives (ORM, Third Party, Projects...)
Following risk analysis, propose a risk mitigation mechanism and action plans to allow operational teams reducing their risks
Be the link between LOD2 and operational teams (framework, methodology...)
Contribute to governance by supplying detailed and actionable risk data

Activities and tasks

Operational risk management

1. Collect and analyze operational incidents with action plan monitoring.

2. Self-assessment of risks. (RCSA)

3. Perform risk analysis for new product

4. Monitoring of indicators. KPI, KRI

5. Formalization of risk appetite.

6. Identification and confirmation of GVA / GVP.

7. Manage BIA campaigns.

8. Ensuring the applicability of the constraints on the DORA regulation

9. Follow-up of audit recommendations and regulators.

10. Participation in D-UAR re-certification campaigns.

11. Prepare all deliverables to contribute to governance bodies.

12. Validate scope activities using the APRC method.

Support Activities:
1.Assist in periodic risk reviews, workshops and control effectiveness assessments

2. Provide support to Stake Holders and ensure that these alerts are resolved in a timely and accurate manner

3. Publish Dashboards accurately as per the timelines

4. Follow up with the business on outstanding items

5. Work with Technofunctional team on building the database to build the foundation

6. Periodic connects with various BU's a stakeholder and within other domains of central Risk Team

Skills required

Risk culture and risk approach in all situations
Good knowledge of the operational risk environment (Applicable regulations, process)
Good knowledge on Power BI and Reporting
Ability to synthesize, write and structure an approach, formalize and justify conclusions
Good organizational capacity and sense of priorities, assessing emergencies and knowing how to seek arbitration when necessary.
Responsibility & performance: maintain an effective level of work in the face of difficulties and changes in priorities, be transparent with stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines, deliver in accordance with the commitment.
