15+ years of overall HR/L&D experience, with at least 7-10 years focused specifically on leadership development/talent development.
Prior experience in a Big 4 firm or large GCC handling a similar leadership academy role is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing empaneled vendor ecosystems - sourcing, contracting, and governing external L&D/coaching/content partners.
Proven track record of end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-geography leadership programs.
Experience working with global/matrixed stakeholders and senior leadership audiences.
People management experience preferred.
Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and program governance skills.

Partner with stakeholders (Learning & Talent Development leaders, business sponsors, HRBPs) to translate leadership capability needs into structured learning solutions.
Lead empanelment, selection, and governance of external learning vendors, coaches, content providers, and platforms; negotiate commercials, SLAs, and manage vendor performance.
Drive end-to-end program management needs diagnosis, curriculum/journey design, vendor sourcing, scheduling, rollout, facilitation coordination, participant experience, and post-program evaluation (ROI/impact measurement).
Build and manage relationships with instructional designers, facilitators, coaches, and assessment providers to ensure quality and consistency of delivery.
Lead a small team of specialists; mentor and build capability within the team.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for the leadership development charter.
Leverage learning technology (LMS/LXP), digital and blended formats, and emerging tools (AI-enabled learning, simulations, VR) to modernize delivery.
Track and report program effectiveness through data-driven dashboards, feedback loops, and stakeholder reviews.
Stay current on leadership development trends, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies (e.g., 360s, psychometrics, assessment centers) to keep offerings future ready.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on leadership capability strategy and organizational development priorities.
