Develop high\-quality teaching materials, presentations, case studies, and assessment tools. Upload course curriculum, session plans, study materials, and assignments on the Learning Management System (LMS).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Deliver lectures and conduct academic sessions as per the prescribed schedule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Monitor student progress and maintain academic records as required.Conduct remedial classes and special support sessions for slow learners and low\-achieving students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Ensure timely evaluation of assignments, projects, and examinations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Conduct structured mentoring sessions for assigned students (Odd and Even Semesters) on a fortnightly basis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and behavioral support.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Maintain special focus on absenteeism, slow learners, and students facing academic or behavioral challenges.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
