As an SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP IBP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our client's supply chain planning processes, ensuring efficient response and supply planning strategies.

INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
  • Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
  • Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
  • Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning, with a strong understanding of SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
  • Proven track record in leading successful SAP IBP implementation projects, demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration, including master data management, planning scenarios, and planning models.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and system configuration to optimize the SAP IBP environment.
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring thorough testing of the SAP IBP solution to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide functional support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the SAP IBP system.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal system efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP solutions.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting defined milestones and quality standards.
