INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning, with a strong understanding of SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
- Proven track record in leading successful SAP IBP implementation projects, demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration, including master data management, planning scenarios, and planning models.
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and system configuration to optimize the SAP IBP environment.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring thorough testing of the SAP IBP solution to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide functional support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the SAP IBP system.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP solutions.
- Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting defined milestones and quality standards.
