Project Manager - Consulting-Project Management

The SAP Project Manager will play a crucial role in our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, guiding our clients through SAP transformations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations, meeting client expectations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
• Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Document and share project best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and SAP innovations, incorporating them into project strategies.
