Key Responsibilities

\n
• Project Planning & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of technical projects -from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
\n
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams.
\n
• Stakeholder Communication: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Tool Utilization: Use project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and reporting.
\n
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
\n
• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage ceremonies - without being confined to a Scrum Master role.
\n
• Presentation & Reporting: Create presentations and dashboards to communicate status, progress, and outcomes to leadership in the form of PS
\n

Required Skills & Qualification

\n
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
\n
• Experience in in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is requi red
\n
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projects
\n
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platforms
\n
• Familiarity with Salesforce eco system
\n
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodolog ies
\n
• Must have solid experience of working in Scaled Agile Methodolo gy.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
\n
• Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., SAFe, CSM or other Agile Certifications)
\n
• Must be ready to work from office for atleast 3 days a week from Bangalore office.
