Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Writer — someone who can think like a writer, work like a producer, and analyze like a growth marketer.

A professional who can shape content narratives, design growth systems, and turn spiritual insights into scalable impact.

Who You Are

- A strategic storyteller with 3–6 years of experience in content creation, digital strategy, or media production.

- Deeply passionate about spirituality, meditation, psychology, and holistic wellbeing.

- Capable of bridging ancient philosophy with digital culture.

- Skilled in creative direction, copywriting, scripting, and content lifecycle management.

- Data-driven yet intuitive — you understand both YouTube algorithms and human emotion.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Ideation

- Develop platform-specific content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

- Identify high-impact themes (meditation, consciousness, energy science, ancient wisdom) and translate them into scalable series formats.

- Map content funnels from discovery (short-form) to depth (long-form, app-based learning).

Writing & Scripting

- Write emotionally intelligent, insight-rich scripts for video, podcast, and social media formats.

- Create content architectures — titles, hooks, CTAs — optimized for watch-time and retention.

- Maintain consistency with PMC Hindi’s tone of voice: spiritual, scientific, and relatable.

Research & Insights

- Conduct deep research on topics in spiritual science, psychology, and neuroscience.

- Monitor analytics across YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, and Google Trends to inform creative direction.

- Collaborate with data and design teams to produce insight-backed storytelling experiments.

Production & Collaboration

- Work closely with video editors, designers, and on-screen hosts to bring concepts to life.

- Oversee script-to-screen execution — ensuring narrative, pacing, and visual tone align with brand objectives.

- Contribute to creative campaign planning and content partnerships.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in digital content, creative strategy, or production (YouTube-first environment preferred).

- Strong command over Hindi (English proficiency desirable).

- Proven understanding of SEO, storytelling psychology, retention metrics, and narrative design.

- Comfort with fast-paced content systems — ideation → scripting → production → publishing → analysis.

- Awareness of current content trends in wellness, mindfulness, and personal transformation spaces.
