Designation: Account Management & Client-Communication Intern

Experience: 0-1 year (Final Semester Students ONLY)

Internship period: 6 months

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-communication intern with prior agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for major FMCG and D2C clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring seamless project execution. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project deliverables and timelines
\n
• Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction
\n
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals
\n
• Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met
\n
• Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
\n
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
\n

Qualifications:

• Education background such as BBA, MBA, Media and Communication, Advertising, PR or any related field
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and close loops effectively
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
\n
• Willingness to grow in the field of digital marketing
\n
• Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n
