Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Create user stories, process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.

Analyze existing business and IT processes and recommend process improvements aligned with project objectives.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to define and validate requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for implementation teams.
-
Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
-
Perform data analysis and interpret business information to support decision-making and solution design.
-
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and solution verification.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requisites
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentation.

Hands-on experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process workflows.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and requirements management.
-
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend process optimization.
-
Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IGA) concepts is preferred.
-
Experience with Saviynt or similar Identity Governance platforms is an advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting is desirable.
