Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM EBS Architect with strong functional and solution architecture expertise in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV), along with a solid understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) concepts.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM implementations and be capable of understanding business requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, and working closely with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and implementation activities for Oracle EBS SCM.
• Provide strong functional expertise in:
  • Oracle Order Management (OM)
  • Oracle Inventory (INV)
  • Warehouse Management concepts (WMS)
• Design end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Inventory Management solutions.
• Understand warehouse processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movements, and replenishment.
• Conduct requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Prepare functional and solution design documents.
• Work closely with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, and integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot complex SCM business and system issues.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions follow Oracle EBS best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS SCM experience, preferably with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management (OM).
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Inventory (INV).
• Good understanding of WMS concepts and warehouse business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and inventory lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and interfaces.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience working in an Oracle SCM Architect / Solution Architect capacity is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Purchasing, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, or related SCM modules.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party WMS, logistics, or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with global and offshore delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.x environments.
