In this role we are seeking a customer obsessed, structured and detail oriented professional to support and drive transactions strategy execution, initiatives that envision implementing smart, intuitive payment models in partnership with Account Payables that balances customer experience with necessity controls. Role focuses on executing day-to-day billing reconciliation, invoice processing, vendor dispute coordination, and transactional support across central billing programs. Works hand-in-hand under supervision of the AT&E Transactions Lead and reports to the Travel and Events Transactions Manager. Works within established frameworks to ensure payment accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity. India-based with global scope.
Key job responsibilities
Execute central billing reconciliation for BTA/CTA and V-Pay transactions
Process and validate invoices across travel categories (air, hotel, car, rail, meetings & events)
Coordinate vendor dispute resolution, refund tracking, and credit processing
Support M&E central card program transaction monitoring and issue flagging
Maintain data accuracy between TMC feeds, banking systems, and internal platforms
Execute supplier entity setup and configuration updates as directed
Support rebate tracking, payment collection, and reconciliation against contracts
Produce monthly accrual inputs and validate against financial reporting timelines
Engage with AP, Accounting, Tax, and TERA teams on transactional queries and escalations
Escalate anomalies, compliance gaps, and data discrepancies to the AT&E Transactions Lead
Support GRC controls validation including transaction-level compliance testing, exception identification, and documentation of control evidence to ensure payment operations meet internal audit requirements
