Senior Executive - Procurement
How you'll make an impact
Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new vendors.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
Create, process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approval. Post that track and monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including order status, vendor performance, and cost savings.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on new technologies and tools that can enhance the procurement process.
Provide training and support to junior procurement staff and other team members.
About you
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent and minimum of 6 years of experience.
