Biztalk Developer

• Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust BizTalk integrations (orchestrations, schemas, maps, pipelines, and custom pipeline components).

• Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for existing production BizTalk applications and interfaces.

• Architecture & Best Practices: Maintain architectural documentation, enforce integration best practices, and optimize system reliability and security.

• Migration Strategy: Assist in evaluating legacy BizTalk applications and defining migration paths toward modern cloud-based architectures (Azure Integration Services).

Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, database administrators, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows

Database Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and tuning for BizTalk databases (MsgBox, Management, Tracking).

• Environment Management: Experience with deployment frameworks, environment setup, and release automation.

Preferred / Added Advantage Skills

• Azure Cloud & Migration: Hands-on exposure to migrating legacy BizTalk implementations to cloud-native platforms.

• Azure Integration Services (AIS): Functional knowledge or practical experience with Logic Apps (Standard & Consumption), Azure Functions, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus.

• DevOps: Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for integration workflows using Azure DevOps.

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in BizTalk Server (2020 preferred).

• Hands-on experience in working with EDI Applications.

• Core Development: Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, WCF, XML, XSLT, XPath.

• Adapters & Protocols: Experience of standard adapters (WCF-Custom, SFTP, HTTP, SQL, File) and enterprise messaging patterns.
