1. Highly Proficient in Databricks on AWS, Pyspark, Spark SQL - Hands-on is mandatory with overall experience of 10+ Years

2. Lead the customer engagement from a technical POV

3. Ability to adhere and guide based on medallion architecture principles for ETL

4. Adhere to the Agile execution methodology, be proactive and ensure Onsite-Offshore delivery alignment

5. Lead the daily stand up calls with great communication
