BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) Developer with recent, hands-on, production-level experience in workflow development and advanced orchestration. The role requires strong development expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex TSO integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) workflows in production environments.

• Develop complex orchestration workflows using TSO modules, adapters, operations, rules, and workflow logic.

• Implement advanced automation and orchestration use cases across enterprise applications and infrastructure.

• Develop integrations between TSO and external systems using appropriate adapters, APIs, web services, and integration mechanisms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow, integration, adapter, and orchestration failures.

• Optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Analyze logs, execution results, error conditions, and integration dependencies to identify root causes.

• Design reusable workflows and orchestration components following development best practices.

• Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, validation, and recovery processes.

• Work with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into automation solutions.

• Perform development, unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.

• Document workflow architecture, integrations, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO).

• Recent and active production-level workflow development experience.

• Advanced TSO workflow design and development.

• Complex integrations using TSO adapters, APIs, web services, and external systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and optimization experience.

• Experience with automation, orchestration logic, error handling, and workflow debugging.

• Ability to independently design and implement complex orchestration solutions.

Important Requirement

This is a hands-on TSO development role. Candidates must have recent, production-level experience developing and supporting TSO workflows. The role is NOT suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to Discovery, monitoring, basic configuration, or theoretical knowledge of TSO.

Preferred

• Experience integrating TSO with BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM, CMDB, Active Directory, databases, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications.

• Strong scripting/API knowledge.

• Experience working in enterprise automation environments.
