Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, Demand, Project, and Resource Management.
• Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Create reports and dashboards and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
• CSA/CAD/CIS-SPM certification is a plus.
