Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in critical care (Mandatory skill), encompassing patient monitoring, emergency response, and acute care interventions.
- Familiarity with DM (Doctorate of Medicine) qualifications for managing critical care units and attending to critically ill patients.
- Understanding of IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) protocols and practices within intensive care environments.
- Capacity to apply critical care medicine concepts to provide life-saving procedures and manage complicated medical conditions.
- Proficiency in intensive care management, including ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and multi-organ support therapies.
- Knowledge of DrNB (Doctorate of National Board) programs aligning with current critical care standards and expertise requirements.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills for rapid clinical assessments and implementing optimal treatment plans in high-pressure settings.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of critical interventions.
- Participate in the management of patients in intensive care units, performing procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and responses to interventions in accordance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for case discussions, patient rounds, and emergency response situations.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols, safety policies, and infection control measures within the critical care environment.
