Role Summary

Narayana Infra is seeking a dedicated Residential Media Anchor to serve as the primary brand ambassador across our diverse real estate portfolio. This is a unique role designed for a dynamic individual who is comfortable being the "voice and face" of our developments. As this role involves frequent early-morning shoots and late-evening community events at our various sites (including Palm Greens and Belmond County), on-site accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Hosting: Lead comprehensive video tours of our sites, showcasing land developments, amenities, and geographical advantages.
• Community Engagement: Host on-site events for plot owners and prospective buyers, acting as the Master of Ceremonies (MC).
• Content Consistency: Be available for rapid-response content creation (e.g., weather updates at the site, construction milestones, or sunset views).
• Customer Testimonials: Build rapport with clients on-site to capture authentic, high-quality video testimonials.
• Live Q&A: Conduct regular live broadcasts from our project locations to engage with our digital audience in real-time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Presence: Excellent screen presence with a professional, welcoming, and authoritative demeanor.
• Languages: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory to communicate effectively with our local and NRI clientele.
• Flexibility: Willingness to reside at or near project sites as required by the shooting schedule.
• Energy: High stamina for outdoor filming and the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout multiple takes.
• Education: Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred.
