- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices including Advanced Risk Management.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for GRC/IRM on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Lead and participate in the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

- Design and implement IRM workflows, scoring models, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
