ServiceNow Lead Developer - GRC

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Lead Developer to lead hands-on development across multiple GRC/IRM modules. This role focuses on technical delivery, mentoring developers, support technical architect and platform admin ensuring build quality.

Total Experience: 10+ yrs | ServiceNow Experience: 8+ yrs | GRC/IRM Experience: 4+ yrs

• Lead the development of configurations and customizations across GRC/IRM modules.
• Build workflows, form designs, UI actions, ACLs, client/server scripts, notifications, data models, and integrations.
• Develop high-quality scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) and reusable components.
• Guide and mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Work with the architect to interpret technical designs and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide hands-on technical oversight.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown.
• Work with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into development tasks.
• Support test cycles (ITT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for builds, configurations, and release notes.
• Certification: CSA, CAD, GRC – IRM, CIS – RC
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to SecOps is an advantage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Client/Server scripting.
• Experience working with TPRM, Vendor Risk, Policy & Compliance, Exceptions, and related workflows.
• Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), data models, ACLs, and notifications.
• Knowledge on ITSM processes.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics indicators.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
