About the Role

IVM Podcasts is on the lookout for an enthusiastic videographer who can creatively envision and deliver brand assets that can cement IVM and our podcast's position in the audience's minds. We love people who are ownership-driven, can think on their feet, and most importantly, get stuff done.

Responsibilities

• Contribute during pre-production to produce storyboards and shot lists.
• Serve as the brand's primary videographer for the creation of all podcasts, YouTube Videos, marketing videos, promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business, and social media requirements.
• Plan and schedule the shoot with the creative team, producer, and client.
• Shooting at a compact location and working with the director/ producer of the project.
• Ensuring that equipment for a shoot is present in proper condition, charged, and working.
• Ability to shoot and capture using mobile phones in lowlight conditions.
• Handling confidential matters and shows with appropriate discretion.

• Set up studio lighting as per the guest/ host lineup and composition.
• Maintain and take responsibility for the audio/ video equipment available.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Managing and sorting the footage as per the shows and editors.
• Uploading the footage on an internal drive and to the editors.
• Receiving and implementing feedback.
• Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired (if and when needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 passed, Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience would be beneficial.
• 1-2 years of experience in videography experience
• Must have technical skills along with social media suited knowledge
• Strong mastery over camera and equipment operations.
• Good aesthetics in terms of framings and compositions
• Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, lighting, or other production equipment
• Portfolio of work done.
• A personal camera would be an added advantage.
