We are looking for an Associate Consultant – Cyber Security to join our Security Operations team and support customers by monitoring, investigating, and resolving security incidents while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
As an Associate Consultant – Cyber Security, you will play a key role in monitoring, supporting, and maintaining security solutions across customer environments. Working closely with customers, security specialists, and operational teams, you will help identify and respond to threats, maintain security platforms, and ensure customers receive proactive and effective support across a range of cybersecurity technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring, detecting, triaging, and responding to security incidents while ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
- Performing proactive health checks and operational reviews across security platforms to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigating incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets while following established security and IT service management processes.
- Supporting Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Collaborating with technical specialists and subject matter experts to resolve complex security issues and improve customer outcomes.
- Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, process improvement initiatives, and operational best practices within the security practice.
What we need to see from you
- Experience working within Security Operations, Cyber Security, Managed Security Services, or similar technical support environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Intune, Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Identity technologies.
- Understanding of security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise security technologies such as email security, endpoint protection, data protection, SIEM platforms, security monitoring, or access management solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ticket management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
