Job Description:
Must have over 5+ years of Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premise / Cloud)
Must have good Techno-Functional knowledge on MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales & Field Services and end to end customization.
Complete process flow understanding and experience in key areas Sales, Marketing, Case Management and Field service.
Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects.
Will be responsible to interact with end-users to take down their requirements and train them as and when required.
