Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of our products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
• Work with marketing and sales teams for product launches and positioning
• Continuously improve product based on user feedback and data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in product management or related role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS / tech products
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• MBA or relevant certification (optional)
