Role OverviewAs an IND Senior Analyst – RIT, you will be the primary technical owner for US Broking reporting and automation solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI and Power Automate. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards, developing new reporting and automation solutions for leadership, and driving continuous process improvement to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights to stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting Tool & Dashboard Ownership
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for US Broking reporting tools, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and related data processes.
  • Manage daily and periodic data refreshes, monitor performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of reporting assets.
  • Power BI Dashboard Maintenance & Enhancement
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Implement layout, logic, and visualization improvements based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements.
  • Automation & New Build Development (PowerBI and PowerAutomate)
  • Design, develop, test, and implement new Power BI dashboards and reporting automations to support US Broking leadership and other key stakeholders.Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate data refreshes, report distribution, alerts/notifications, and other recurring processes.Create scalable, reusable data models and automation workflows that support both recurring and ad hoc analysis and reporting need
  • Data Management & Quality
  • Work with source systems and data pipelines to ensure clean, consistent, and well-documented data for reporting and analytics.
  • Diagnose and resolve data issues, discrepancies, and refresh failures, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management & Requirement Gathering
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and prioritize requests.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and timelines; manage expectations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround times.
  • Contribute to and follow best practices for dashboard design, documentation, version control, and change management.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, share knowledge, and support a consistent reporting framework.
  • Support training and handover activities as needed to build broader team capability in Power BI and reporting processes

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, measures, calculated columns, visuals, and deployment).
  • Practical experience with Power Automate for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows and integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or other data query tools for preparing and validating data used in dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data validation and analysis (lookups, pivots, formulas, and basic automation).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large, complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Proven capability in troubleshooting data, reporting, and automation issues end-to-end.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, gathering and clarifying requirements, and translating them into effective reporting and automation solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a global, distributed team setup.
  • Demonstrated focus on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of key reports, dashboards, and automation initiatives using Power BI and Power Automate.
