xperience : 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration and administration
Role and Desired Skill set :
Identify and troubleshoot payroll processing issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
Maintain strong understanding of relevant tax and compliance regulations
Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system
Collaborate with the client's HR team to optimize payroll processes and workflows
Strong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and deductions
Experience with data migration and integration processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (C_HCMPAY and C_HRHPC) is a plus.
Experience working on AMS as well New implementation environment is preferred, Location, On-site Gurgaon,
