Role Description The Fashion Model role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The model will participate in fashion shows, runway events, editorial shoots, commercial campaigns, and digital content productions for a range of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending fittings and rehearsals, posing for photo and video shoots, following creative direction from photographers, stylists, and art directors, and maintaining a professional image at all times. The role also involves representing client brands at promotional events, collaborating with creative teams to deliver consistent visual storytelling, and adhering to booked schedules and call times. The model is expected to maintain personal grooming and physical readiness, respond promptly to agency communication, and uphold professional conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to follow direction on set, interact with clients, and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to represent client brands professionally, engage with audiences, and support promotional or commercial objectives. Candidates should possess Photo Shoots and Photography-related skills, including comfort in front of the camera, posing techniques, and an understanding of lighting, framing, and movement. Candidates should possess additional modelling-related skills, such as runway walk, body awareness, adaptability to different styling concepts, and the ability to hold consistent expressions and posture. Prior experience in fashion, runway, commercial, or digital modelling is highly beneficial; a professional portfolio or comp card is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to attend rehearsals, fittings, and shoots as scheduled. High level of professionalism, reliability, and time management, with the ability to take feedback constructively and adapt quickly. Comfort working on-site in Noida and willingness to travel locally or regionally for assignments when required.
